OUR Boat

Captain Charlie Ball has been fishing out of an Action Craft flats skiff for over 18 years and is currently fishing out of a 2019 Carbon Fiber Hybrid 1720 Flyfisher. The 1720 kevlar carbon fiber hybrid material is in the hull, deck, and liner.  The stringers are made of conventional fiberglass with foam filler. The quality and design of Action Craft boats allows the captain to safely navigate into shallow water and through the rough chop in large bays.  Action Craft's sturdy design provides a stable ride and strong fishing platform.

On hot summer days, take the opportunity to step off the boat to cool off and try your hand at wade fishing.  Spot your fish idling under the branches of a mangrove tree and cast your bait in exactly the right spot.  Walk the sandy flats and beaches of bird islands and watch trout chasing bait in the shallows.
